South Jersey Horse Rescue
I am a volunteer, here at this rescue. Raven, first photo, is my love. She was a talented jumper who had made her way, via adoptions, through a series of three homes. The last one proved very abusive to this pretty girl. She was scared of people and basically untouchable for a year, here, until some trust was established. Then I joined and spent my two days a week with her ...and Yuki. We became buds ..... I love her so much.
Below, is Rainier. He's a beauty but with a degenerative joint disease. He spends most of his days with his pal, Jasper.
Below, is Yuki. mini-horse. She is quite the fun factor. Friendly, sweet, and funny.
Jasper (son of Smarty Jones), Rainier, and Frostiana. Frosti was recovering from an injury but she still could not help rolling around in the mud and sand, followed by eating the fence... sigh.
